Sit up straight in a chair, measure from the chair to the top of your head, add a few centimeters.
Best place to start!
Remember Lyra is always measured inner to inner
What Weight Lyra?
This is a personal choice, everyone is different in their preference.
The Studio standard has mostly been Standard, or Weight 2
Sizes 3 up to solid, are generally for those who have used one and prefer the heavier lyra.
Want a specific weight in your size?
Just let us know, Standard, Weight 2, Weight 4, etc...

Please note, Standard Weight was the old "hollow" Lyra
The weights are mathematically calculated, but due to slight variances in manufacture, there may be a slight difference in final weight.
